Hi,
The person who manage the condo is changing the locks for the main entrence and is giving out 2 keys to each unit. she says each unit is only allow 2 keys. Can I make copies of the keys ( I have 4 people living in my unit, and I have the biggest unit)to my family members who live there or does she have the right to to tell me I cannot make more keys?
Please help.

It seems likely that the manager is telling you that HE is only making two copies for each unit. I find it hard to believe that your condo docs allow the association to limit the number of copies that YOU make.
