Does MA law contain any default TAW terms (as it does for residential rentals) for non-residential rental?
For example, commercial office-space?
My specific situation is that my office-lease expired a few months back (there are no lease terms that relate to non-renewal). There was a verbal agreement to continue as a TAW, but now the landlord and I have a disagreement over what the specific terms were. He claims I agreed to give 60-days notice; this just came up when I gave a 30-days notice for ending tenancy.
