No Notification of a court date or judgment

I live in New Hampshire, My 18 yr old son lives in Mass, back in April 08, I received a letter from CSE in Mass telling me I was done paying support, The St of CT ,where I was living at the time also received this letter, Come to find out my sons mother went back to court for additional support because my son was going to a community college, the court ordered a judgment for support and health ins.
I was never notified of this courtdate or judgment!
The St of CT was never notified of these either,
I had a small amount of arrears that should have been gone by Oct 08, When these arrears started going up I contacted Mass at which time I had still not been notified ,
upon some investigating on their part the finally told me of this judgment, at which time I had accrued approx $3000 in arrears.
Since then they have put a levy on my bank acct and have made my life miserable.
I have 3 other children in CT which I pay support and am trying to have a life which Ma is not recognizing,
A CSE cust service rep told me over the phone that Ma does not have jurisdiction over me in this case, upon internet research I found only Ma and Hawaii have this kind of law.
Is there anything I can do?
