Need court order to remove abandoned trailer from private way

MA Landlord and Tenant Law Questions and Answers

A former tenant left a rusting 16 foot trailer with flat tires on my private road. That's why police will do nothing. I have had posts on craigslist since last October.
I am furious that this guy did this! I want to see him MADE TO GET RID OF IT! I called Small Claims court and they said it would not be the right court.
How fast could I get a court order and for which court?
