My home has been on the market for months without an offer and I know the market is bad but I'm beginning to lose faith in my broker (I think I'm actually dealing with a real estate agent). I'm wondering if she is filtering the offers she gets and only showing me some of them. But doesn't Massachusetts law require brokers to show all offers to the seller?

Yes. 245 Code of Massachusetts Regulations 3.00(11)(d) states:
Conveying Offers. All offers submitted to brokers or salespeople to purchase or rent real property that they have a right to sell or rent shall be conveyed forthwith to the owner of such real property.
I do not know your real estate agent, obviously, but it seems more likely that there are simply not a lot of offers coming in. He or she does not benefit in any way from withholding an offer from you and violation of any of the provisions of 254 CMR 3.00 may result in the suspension or revocation of her license.
