I don't feel the interview was legal. I was under the impression that each candidate should be asked the same questions. The first two were asked similar questions. I was the final candidtate and was asked only if I felt that having my real estate license would be a conflict of interest. I answered no. No other questions were asked of me. The following week at a open meeting the BOS announced that they checked all the references from all three candidtates and they were equal. I was not choosen for the posiiton. I then called my references and was told by all of them that they were never contacted by the Town conducting the interviews.
