I am in the middle of my SSDI application process and am thinking about moving. Will that make a difference? Posted on The Forum by Childes.

It might. After you are approved, you can move around the country, because SSDI is a federal program. But moving before your hearing takes place could change the jurisdiction of the court. That might lead to a longer wait.
