I own my Mobile Home in MA. I have lived here 19 years. The landlord says it is my responsible or the prior owner of my home to fix drainage and sinking of the land causing my home many problems with rotted floors and shifting. The back end is only 1 foot away and the front 2 foot away from groud to of the home. The insulation is all bad along with rotted floors. The front is not even set on the concrete blocks that where installed when home was put in 1978. Who is responsible to have my home raised and repaired?
