What is the current law on break periods and meal periods in Mass? Having a battle with my boss about it. Also, can my boss invent a game to play in which we have to hit a certain percentage in a quarter leads to bonuses, but yet we got no bonuses. Is that right? Also, do I have to give my empolyer, my three bosses, my personal cell phone number if I have a work phone?

You can follow this link for more information about breaks, like meal breaks, under MA law. If I understand the second question correctly, it is a bonus. You are not entitled to a bonus, so the boss can set whatever guidelines he likes.
