My license was suspended for 4 years for being a Habitual Offender. (unregistered, uninsured). I was granted a 6-6 license that was later up'd to 6-10. My 4 years suspension ended in September and I assumed that meant I could drive 24/7.

My wallet was misplaced/stolen and I ordered a Duplicate License. The duplicate still reads "valid 6am-10pm". Is this because the license is literally a duplicate of the last one I was issued, or am I still restricted to those driving hours?

hardship license status

The restriction does not automatically come off of your license. Once you’ve served your time, you need to go to the Registry and convert your hardship license into a full (unrestricted) license. Unless and until you do this, you technically have restricted hours. The H restriction is still on your license record at the RMV.  (See Attorney Brian Simoneau's contact information in the Forum's Attorney Directory:  http://www.malawforum.com/isoDirectory/search/list/7/Middlesex )
