Landlord changed locks on March 12, Tenant Supposed to be Gone on March 5.

Can somebody help me answer a question. I am a landlord to some "professional tenants." They were supposed to be out March 5 and on March 12 I went in and changed the locks. Some of their stuff is still in the house. I told them to call me to let me know when they want back in to collect their stuff. They owe me six months back rent which I know I'll never see. My question is, can they do anything to me (legally) for changing the locks before ALL of their stuff is gone? (How long is a landlord supposed to wait... this is ridiculous.) This is in Sharon, MA.
