A friend has a man crouching outside her window for hours. She has called the police but he runs away before they can get him. He can see the police car coming.
So I suggested she put a bunch of cut glass in the area that he sits as a deterrent.
Her brother however says that's not a good idea because the guy could sue HER for "intent to harm".
Is that true?
