My friend is divorced from a same sex marriage and was told she has to carry the insurance for her ex, but the ex has to pay her share for it. The ex has not been paying her share for months now which was part of the divorce decree and it comes out of my friends paycheck still with no easy way to get her off the insurance. What can she do?

Complaint for contempt
Generally speaking, if a party is not doing something that she was required to do under the terms of the divorce, then the other party has the option of filing a complaint for contempt to enforce compliance.
