i was driving into the shop, car in front of me stopped, also had a car behind me. car in front has 2 people, and told me to back up. i could't, because had a cat behind me, so i ask them to move on the side, they didn't. Passenger in back lighting LED light on my eye. the flash light is similiar as police flashlight ,i told them to stopped, they didnt care. then I walked out the car to stay away the light. passenger in back also walked out the car and came up to me, push me and light on my eye and say what. I push back for self denfence, he punch me. when i tryied to protect my self, the other co-work saw it, went up grap me and him to stop the fight. But he wasn't get broke off, and hit me with the metal led flashing about 6 times, my head was bleeding and i lost concious for a seconds. Then that guy got stopped by another co-worker..........i wanna know how to charge my co-work who hit me and get him pay for my lost....please help anyone...sinicerely...thanks....p.s let me know whos the right atorney to help me in boston.

Two issues: You can go to the police station and swear out a complaint against the person who attacked you. They will then face criminal charges. If you want to sue the person for damages resulting from the attack, that is a civil matter and you will need to hire a Massachusetts personal injury attorney. Good luck.
