I was arrested on two charges a few years ago and arraigned on one of them. The case was dismissed and my lawyer said my record would be clean. But now I see that both things are on my criminal record. How do I fix this?

If you were actually arraigned on a charge, then that charge will be on your criminal record and remain there until a court order removes it, something that does not happen very often. If there is an item on your record that is inaccurate or that should not be there, you can contact the probation department at the court where the original charges were brought. Good luck.
