my childs father makes $15 per hour but will only work between 20 to 25 hours a week to keep his child support payment low. So I was wondering if anyone knows if the court will increase his child support to reflect 40 hours a week (full time employment), or will they be ok with him working part time. He works for a house building company. I feel that he should have to work full time to support his child. I only want him to do his part. What information can I give the court to help plead my case. Thanks for any help.
