The 1/4-mile long dirt driveway that leads up to my apartment is currently impassable because of mud and potholes. Although there is nothing stated in my lease about driveway maintenance, I'm wondering what rights I have as a tenant. My landlord says she's been working on the situation, but it's been 4 days now, and I still have to walk up and down the driveway. She can still make it up the driveway with her 4 wheel drive, but I can't drive up with endangering the safety of my vehicle and myself.

Your landlord is required to
Your landlord is required to maintain the entire property. It sounds like she agrees that the driveway is her responsibility, but may be taking longer to make the repair than you would like. Talk to her and find out what the delay is. She may be waiting for a contractor or have some other good reason for the delay. If the work does not get done, try contacting your local inspectional services office and ask them to inspect the property. Good luck.
