My landlord owns a house, (not an apartment), which he rents to 20 people. In it, there are 6 kitchens, 6 bathrooms, and he operates it as if they were separate units, but they are in fact, not separate units.
My questions of concern:
Are there any laws in Boston that states up to how many people are allowed to live in a single house?
I heard that MA is pretty serious about fire safety, is he breaking some kind of law if there are 6 kitchens in the house?
