Please Help!!!!
I was let go over 6 months ago at a non-profit due to a chronic illness, was a wrongful termination and I won in an appeal with unemployment. I feel discriminated against and wonder if they could face any legal charges with continuing to list me as an employee on their website after all this time. I would appreciate any and all advice you could offer.

Have you tried asking them to remove your name? I don't know of any criminal code or statute that is relevant. I suppose if they were using your name or likeness for some economic advantage (such as if you are a celebrity, and your image or their association with you might increase donations or business), you would have a civil cause of action for damages.
poor treatment by employer
Thanks for your response, I am pretty much looking for any action available to make them pay for the way they treated me. They also deducted $60 from my final paycheck for a blackberry car adapter that i never received. Any suggestions? Thank you very much.
