I really did it this time: I messed up big time on my SSDI application (ADL's, pain report, job report)
HI
I have just applied for SSDI and have submitted my adl's, pain and job report. I think when filling them out I must have been to Mars. Too late to fix them as I already sent them in.
Here are some examples of errors made
1. One part asked me how long I could walk before having to take a break: I wrote 2 to 7 minutes. But on another part, I checked off walking, and said that I could walk 10-20 minutes before having to take a break. Will that hurt me? Should I call my case worker and say that I have just noticed an error I made and want to change an asnwer?
Or is 2 to 7 and 10 to 20 minutes close enough?
2. Last time I went to my regular doctor. I wrote down things wrong with me. He didn't have time to go over my pain issue. This was on the 4th of June. I submitted the papers on June 14. I had to go see another doctor (mine was on vaca) on June 24 because of pain. Now will they look at the appt on June 4 and wonder why no mention of pain was made? Should I obtain the medical record for the doctors on June 24?
3. Lately I have been scared to go out. However, I still do go out. I wrote that "I don't want to go out"...Is saying "I don't want to go out" the same as "I don't go out"?
I wish I went over those more. I have bad OCD so I am picking what I've already sent in apart like no tomorrow.
Any advice on what I can do or is it too late? I want to do it over!!
Thanks
