I am losing faith in our justice system

Just an update. If anyone has not been following this, we have a tenant who has was evicted last June. We have gone to court 4 times already and the judge said they would mail the decision. Well we got the decicision in the mail and basically the jugde said they do not have to pay all the money owed with was around 9K. The court gave them 10 days to pay 2K and they would be able to stay. Obviously they paid because they have the money because they do not pay rent. The judge said they are granted permission to sue us for their lawyer fees also. They never even mentioned in the decision when they have to leave. The judge said at the last court date that this would be over and the last time we had to come to court. We spoke to the lawyer and now we have to serve another 14 day notice to quit and start the whole process over again making this the 3rd notice to quit. We dont care about the money from them even thought it is killing us financially. We just want them OUT. I don't get this whole thing. It seems like a bad dream. The lawyer said it could take another 6 months if not more. I dont understand how you can help people out so much and I mean we really helped these people (giving them rides to work, letting them pay when they could, etc.). I feel like I am going to be sick to my stomach. We are good landlords and very understanding but we were starting to get taken advantage of. We have not even said a word to these people since June, its not like we are harrassing them or anything. The last words spoken were save your money to have a down payment for a new apartment.
