I was the victim of financial fraud and embezzlement. I lost my life savings and the banks where I had accounts lost hundreds of thousands of dollars. I attempted to report the crime to my local police, the district attorney, the attorneys general of both states, the FBI, the FTC, the Secret Service and the Postal Inspector. Every agency either claimed no jurisdiction or never responded to my complaint. I conducted my own investigation and discovered that somebody, who is very powerful in government, is blocking all investigations. No lawyer will help me for fear of retribution.
The banks want their money returned. Some of the credit card companies filed lawsuits against me. Under Massachusetts law, according to the judge, the owner of the credit card is responsible for theft from the account. In the last lawsuit, I presented proof that the credit card was stolen and that state officials were blocking prosecution of the individuals involved. I tried to use discovery to expose the scope of the conspiracy, but the judge refused to allow me to obtain any discovery.
My career and health have been destroyed by the lawsuits and I could not afford to hire a lawyer, even if I could find one. The banks have promised to persecute me for the rest of my life. Where can I get help?
