Husband undergoing pschiatric treatment- how do we divorce in MA?

MA Divorce and Family Law Questions and Answers

Situation: Husband has been in the hospital since 2010, divorce was accepted by the MA court in earlier this year. During the motion for temporary custody it looked like he was getting out soon, but he just got readmitted for reevaluation as an inpatient on the psych ward.
I won temporary custody, but how to I get the divorce completed?

You need to request a pre-trial hearing. This will move the process along. If you cannot reach an agreement, then you will have to go to trial.
