As part of the judgment in our divorce my ex was supposed to pay off a credit card debt. This card was in my name but we both used the card when we were married. He couldn't get a credit card then and probably still can't. So now my credit is taking a big hit because this debt was supposed to be paid but wasn't. How can I fix this mess? Thank you.

If the divorce court ordered your ex to do something, such as pay of the debt in question, and he has failed to do it, then you need to file a contempt complaint at the family court (or have your divorce attorney file it) and ask the court?
