MA Landlord and Tenant Law Questions and Answers

I live in an area that has a homeowners association and joining is optional. The association board is refusing to release a list of members to others in the association, claiming a privacy issue.

Is a privacy argument valid?

Is there any legal basis for forcing the board to provide a list?
