I recently had a verbal altercation with a fellow coworkers that also happens to be the general managers son. The son complained to his dad which led to a group meeting about the topic, which was acceptable in my eyes. However, today as I walked in to work I was brought to my supervisors office and given a written warning. I didn't agree with the reasoning for the warning and was told that I could comment and add my side of the story, which I did. Shortly after I was summoned to the GM's office and talked to again, alleging that they had received complaints about me recently and there was a person in the room documenting everything I said. After the meeting my supervisor was told to make sure I wasn't talking to other people about it and if I was, to send me home. Am I being harassed? And if so am I entitled to a copy of the documented meeting?
