I have been informed that my former employer has continued to send emails using my full name from my company email address. Is this illegal? I was terminated and I am no longer employed by the company and I do not want my name damaged by information they may be sending in my name. How do I handle this?
I am already disputing the unemployment claim through appeals because i was terminated, and they claim i quit - unemployment favored the employers claim - So we are not on good terms at all.
