I recently ran across a law ["O.C.G.A. 44-14-550"] that is from the Georgia code, and it pertains to what I am trying to do here in Massachusetts. I am having quite a bit of trouble finding a similar law, if not the same law encoded in the M.G.L. If anyone can assist in locating the above stated law here in MA, or a law pertaining to foreclosure of liens on personal property, it will greatly be appreciated.
