Forclosure on leased house what happens to tenent ?

I have a five year lease on a house in Massachusetts signed before forclosure with the landlord. The bank is now forclosing and the landlord has decided not to fight it.

My rent is paid up, what can I expect from the bank, c an they evict me, change the lease?

Editor's Response

That is kind of a murky area of the law. I think a good argument could be made that a lease survives foreclosure, but the courts have not been consistent.
