I'm thinking that my doctor messed up in treating me and I'm angry and I'm gonna talk to an attorney soon, but I was wondering if there is a way to see if my Doctor has some kind of a record so I can find out if he has been sued for negligence or maybe disciplined before. Do you know?

Yes. The Massachusetts Board of Registration in Medicine has an excellent website that includes physician profiles containing information about doctors licensed in MA. The profiles contain information about the doctor's education, training, specialties, malpractice claims paid in the past ten years, hospital disciplinary actions, disciplinary actions by the MA Board of Registration in Medicine, and criminal convictions.
