MA Real Estate Law Questions and Answers

I had a credit card place a EXECUTION on my home.I paid the bill their lawyer sent me a receipt also have copy of check. When I called a month later and asked them why they haven't removed execution he told me I have the paper work, and I have to go to probate and have it removed.
How do I go about having execution removed?
