My ex and I have been seprarated and livign apart for 20 months. we have shared custody of the single child. a year ago she filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy absolving her from the debt. I hhave been making the payments for the last 20 months with no support. My question is can she now force the sale of the home to gether name off of it? I have mentioned a quit-claim but she feels it will still be on her credit. Am I in danger fo losing my home? I cannot afford to refinance but I can afford the mortgage and maintenance required for the home.
