Ok so my girlfriend has a problem with a roomate who lives down the hall from her. She is being evicted due to noise disturbances in the early morning (2-3 am) hours. However, she has been given 30 days to move out and is causing any problems she can. My girlfriend is one of four who has to share a bathroom and before the roomate left for work today she locked the only bathroom door with the key inside. This key actually belongs to the landlord, but there's no proof she took it. Is there any legal action that could be taken?
