Entitled to vacation/sick time after leaving company?

After 5 years at my current job, I'm applying for a position in a new company. I have accrued over 2 weeks of vacation time and 2 weeks of sick time (no "Use or Lose" policy). If I leave my current company, will I be entitled to those 4 weeks of pay, or any part of it?

Vacation and sick time after quiting job

Massachusetts law defines accrued vacation time as a form of wages, and employers are required to pay employees for any accrued wages at the time of termination or when an employee quits.  You can follow this link for more information about accrued vacation time.  However, sick and personal time is not, as far as I know, treated the same way.  Employers do not need to pay employees for accrued sick time.  Hope that helps.
