Entering without breaking in a college dorm?

Hi.

I live in a college dorm in MA, and I have a single room for myself. A student next to me entered my room without breaking the lock (the door was unlocked since I stepped outside for the bathroom), and took a couple pictures of my room in hope of finding something shady. This happened during the night time.

Massachusetts General Laws chapter 266 Section 17 says that entering without breaking requires an intention to commit a felony. The student's intention was to take a couple pictures of my room assuming that I am doing something shady. If someone has a clear intention of invading my privacy, does it meet the criteria of "intention to commit a felony"?

If not, what is the legal penalty for entering without breaking in attempt to invade someone's privacy (taking a picture of the private space)?

Thank you.
