I have just received notice from my former employer, that my previous position is open and they want me back. This employer fought my unemployment claim, which I fought and won benefits after three months of waiting. It is a hostile envirmonment for me to return to, they also took out a no-tresspass on me after last day at job, this appears to be a case of if I refuse the job, then I will be disqualified from Unemployment. I have since moved out of state, travel time would be two hours and about 150 miles per day, round trip. Am I required to take this rehire or can I refuse for the many reasons I have against them?
