We have been living in our current apartment for just over 2 years and are currently on a month to month lease. Our landlord is looking to sell the property (2 family home) and I just received an email from their realtor that they would like to have an open house from noon to 4 this sunday (just 3 days away) and I am wondering if I am obligated to allow them to have an open house. I have already said that we will try and be accomodating for appointments that they will set up (which will be hard since we have a dog) but I feel much more uncomfortable having an open house and having people just walking around our space not really being supervised. Any help would be appreciated!
