My neighborhood was originally divided into all 10,000 Sq. ft lots, I own a 20,000 Sq. ft lot which both ends of the property are each on a dead end street. currently in my town you have to have a min. 12,000 Sq. ft lot to build. Can I somehow get grandfathered in and have my property divided into 2 10,000 Sq. ft lots and able to sell the second lot?
