hello i need help, I got a full discharge 7yrs ago and which i put a credit card of my ex wifes in it and it went threw all was fine.she took me to court in probate and the judge told me to indemfy her and get hre named removed so i tryed and 3yrs later i was brought back to probate on contemept charge becuase once again they were calling her to pay the card. the judge found me in contempt becuase of that word indemfy. i spoke to a lawyer and they said that they wernt sure that a judge in probate was allowed to reaffirm a bankrupcty debt by saying that word is this true? becuase once again i am back in court on another contempt charge because of this card again. i am lost and confused and wondering what to do next.
