Difference in MA between OUI and DUI?

Is there a difference in Massachusetts between DUI and OUI? Thanks. (Posted on The Forum by Tricky.)

No. Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 90 refers to "Operating under the influence of Intoxicating Liquor," or OUI. Other states refer to same crime as "Driving Under the Influence," or DUI.
