Can you tell me what law in MA talks about daterape and using drugs or alcohol to get a person to have sex. I broke up with a girl after a very brief hookup and now she says she is going to tell the cops I used alcohol to get her drunk so she would have sex. We were both pretty drunk but she wasn't so drunk that she didn't know what was going on. Now I'm kinda nervous though. Thanks.

I think you are talking about Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 272, Section 3: Drugging persons for sexual intercourse:
Section 3. Whoever applies, administers to or causes to be taken by a person any drug, matter or thing with intent to stupefy or overpower such person so as to thereby enable any person to have sexual intercourse or unnatural sexual intercourse with such person shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for life or for any term of years not less than ten years.
Given the facts you included in your question (and assuming you did not force her to drink, trick her into drinking, or force her in any way to engage in sexual activity) I would not worry too much about it. Of course, if she actually files a complaint with the police, then you must certainly contact a criminal law attorney ASAP.
