Is there any laws, blue laws, or anything in Massachusetts that says after so many cars, such as 15 that you can then cut in front of a procession?

No, I don't think you can do that. According to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 272, Section 42: "Whoever wilfully interrupts or by fast driving or otherwise in any way disturbs a funeral assembly or procession shall be punished as provided in section forty" ("by imprisonment for not more than one month or by a fine of not more than fifty dollars.")
