Custody of my Daughter

MA Divorce and Family Law Questions and Answers

My ex wife can't seem to stay in a relationship. She has recently left her current husband and already seeing a new guy (who my daughter has met) and now my daughter seems to be acting out. If I take my ex to court to petition for physical custody, would I have a chance? I have re married also and we have 2 boys. We have a strong family bond. We have lived in the same house for 7 years and we are a much more stable enviroment. Thanks in advance for any help!!!
