Hello again...

My dad only had one copy of his will... Can I photocopy it and present the original along with copies to a notary to be signed and sealed and use these copies as I would use an original?

I tried locating the Lawyer who did his will in the 70s and I can not find him as I believe he was older and may now be deceased. I would think that lawyer would mre than likely had a copy?? I even tried contacting lawyers with the same last name to see if they may have taken over his practice, no luck so far..
Where would records from a retired or deceased lawyer be held or kept??? I am in Norfolk County..

Thanks in advace for any help...
