Contempt?

MA Divorce and Family Law Questions and Answers

Received orders stating Ex is only to come to residence to pick up for court ordered
parenting time. Ex has been seen sitting in neighborhood waiting for children and
picking them up on way to school(witnessed by neighbors) Would she be considered
in contempt? Am I able to file my own contempt paperwork as lawyer has not gotten
back to me regarding this if this is considered "contempt"
