I have a client who recently purchased a condo at auction.
1. How many back months condo fees is he responsible for by MA Condo law Chapter 183A
some say 3, some say 6? Condo association gave bill for 10.
2. what about late fees?
3. A repair assment was made during the month between auction and possession, is that banks bill or new owners.
P.S- no leins filed at registry
prior owner was taken to small claims court and making payments

Answering this question would require way to much research and guess-work on my part. (I do not know the answer(s) off the top of my head.) However, given the number of issues and the amount of money involved, don't you think the best advice we can give your client at this point is to find an attorney who has experience dealing with Massachusetts condo associations?
