Condominium association wants the right to review and approval any pitential buyers or renters

My condo association wants to add a by-law that will give them the right to review and approve any potential buyer or seller. I don't agree and think that this infringes on my right to sell or rent my property as I see fit. Does anyone have any information about this issue?
