need some help with parking .five spaces one deeded

four visitor. several unit owners constantly park

in them out front instead of there garage space.

that leaves no close space for loved ones visiting.

snow,rain,etc. having written to the mngt.co. to

no avail.yet when we moved in we were ticketed
our 2nd day here threatened with fines and towing

unless we parked in designated spaces.

is there any recourse is this selective enforcement

can we reluctantly sue for relief. we tried letters

That sounds irritating.  I would start by attending a meeting of the condo board and trying to work it out at that level.  Approach them in an amicable fashion and explain the problem.  If it is a well-run condo, the board should be interested in this issue and willing to assist in the uniform enforcement of the condo rules.  The management company works for the board, so don't let the board brush you off.  If the board is not helpful, then it may be time to talk to an attorney about writing a letter for you.  Good luck.
