Condo Fees

I own one unit out of a 36 unit condo complex of which on owner owns 32 units. The major owner has been increasing fees over the past few years by 66%. The major condo owner has also taken over many of the duties previously contracted out to private companies, ie building cleaning and maintenance. The monthly fees for these services have increased by what seems to be inordinate amounts of money and seeins how the major condo owner is paying himself for these expenses there is no incentive to get competitive bids. Do I as a single unit owner have any rights to demand that these jobs be bid out and performed by someone independent of the major owner?
