Condo Fees

MA Real Estate Law Questions and Answers

In the three years I have been living in my condo, the fees have gone from $179 to $260. Is this legal and does it get to the point where they need to stop raising the fees? Also, the condo established this new rule a while back that they will be charging a $150 move in/out fee. Have you ever heard of such a thing? You have to pay to move in or out!
